Meat Processing Plant Joachim Matejka was founded in 1989 in Opole. We are a family business with a long tradition, focused on the production of traditional products. The scope of activity of the company is primarily a dissection of pork and beef and cooked meats production. The company currently has a network of 40 shops and cooked meats stalls.
In addition, the company runs the wholesale trade of meat and preserves. Since its inception, the plant has been cooperating with Joseph Matejka slaughterhouse, farms and agri-breeding, interrelated by their capital. This ensures the safe and secure supply of raw materials, the freshness and quality of meat and cooked meats.

For the last 24 years from a small factory the modern enterprise has been shaped, employing over 100 people.
We started the company with a crew of 10 people. Currently, our brand create 250 people that are employed at the plant and in our stores.
In August 2012, with the help of EU funds, we have built a modern plant that allows us to expand. For over 30 years we have been developing a network of our shops. Our new initiative is called Emma Market where we offer a wide selection of products.
